Clément Boudier

Customer Success Team Manager | 📍 Paris

What is your role at Enyx?

I am the Customer Success Team Manager at Enyx and my job is to answer the customer’s questions and help them improve their own solution by integrating the right Enyx products in the best way possible based on our expertise.

My role is to manage the team, as well as contribute to the FPGA/RTL specific threads that need attention. I have two colleagues that are specialized in networking and C++, respectively — covering the full range of customer requests.

How long have you worked at Enyx?

I joined Enyx in May 2016, so I’ve been a part of the team for almost 6 years.

Tell us about your experience working at Enyx.

To work at Enyx is to work in a challenging environment with nothing but passionate and involved people, both co-workers and customers alike.

The company is human-sized and everyone plays their part in contributing to the Enyx success story. The team is open minded and receptive to each other’s needs.

My position at Enyx has evolved throughout my time here depending on where both the company and I felt I could add the most value and where I would thrive.

I feel valued and appreciated by my co-workers and management, and proud of my own contribution to the company.

What are 3 words that come to mind when describing Enyx?

  • Challenging
  • Passionate
  • People-oriented

What has been your favorite part about working at Enyx?

Being able to blossom and learn with brilliant and passionate people in order to better serve my customers.

What should prospective candidates know if they want to work at Enyx?

If there is a job opening that suits what you want, apply for it!

I have previously worked at companies where the job would be challenging and at others with a thriving culture and good management, but never both. Enyx is the only place where you’re fortunate to have both.

I’d love to run a board game bar!

Do you have a nickname? If yes, what is the story behind it?
Most people end up calling me by my surname (Boudier) or a shortened version of it (Boud). Not really sure why, but this started very early and new friends usually end up meeting my current ones, so it stuck.

In my online games I have a bunch of nicknames, Phlebite and Flaubire for example — but all come from the same origin: Feltbike.

I used to ride a BMX for quite a while and Felt/Fitbike was my preferred BMX brand.

If you could have dinner with one person (dead or alive) who would it be and why?
Jean Dujardin, specifically in his OSS117 roles as Hubert Bonisseur de La Bath.

OSS117 is my all time favorite.

I am a huge fan of comedy, and easily laugh at any type of humor.
